It is time for policy to be driven by the people, representing the needs of communities, towards a prosperous, sustainable and equitable society. This layer of influence has been eliminated from political decision making. Compass is an essential vehicle to re-balance the progressive debate and is our collective voice in the Westminster bubble. Who am I? I am a proud product of London’s east end. With 23 years of professional experience, 30 years of community experience and driven by a set of values which emphasize ‘people before profit’. I passionately believe that socialist principals must be the bedrock of policy development for the public and private sectors.
